DASH Bus Fare Increase
Starting August 1, 2010 DASH bus fares will go up from $0.25 to $0.35, and then up to $0.50 on July 1, 2011. July 31 will also be the last day of service for three Downtown DASH routes: DASH C, which serves South Park; DASH DD, which offers a weekend loop; and the Central City East DASH, which serves Skid Row.

Summer On 7th
Mark your calendar for "Summer on 7th," Inner City Arts' annual fundraiser on July 31, 2010. Come eat, drink and dance for a good cause. Entertainment includes guest DJs and hip-hop group "Open House." There will be a Mystery Gift Table and Artist Alley with one-of-a-kind jewelry, ceramics, prints, etc. for sale. Tickets are $40 or 6 for $200. Each ticket includes open bar from 7-9 and 2 food tickets.

July 2010 Pressure Washing
District pressure washing began on April 1, 2010. Pressure washing occurs on a very specific schedule; flyers informing individuals, as well as businesses, about scheduled pressure washing will be distributed the night before, giving everyone ample time to prepare.
