Enhanced Safety Programs:
• Downtown Industrial District Business Improvement District patrol to address crime prevention/suppression in the District.
• Bicycle Patrol (7 days: 7:00am-5:30pm)
• Vehicle Patrol (7 days: 7:00am-9:00pm)

Maintenance Programs:
• Illegal Dumping
• Trash Removal
• Graffiti Removal
• Sidewalk Cleaning

Special Programs:
• Trash containers and banners
• Work with non-profits to develop community generated projects
• Business Trade Directory
• Assist in promoting local events

Budget:
BIDs are financed through special assessments upon real estate properties that receive special benefits from the improvements and activities. Annual assessments are based upon an allocation of program costs and a calculation of assessable lot square footage. One property assessment variable - lot footage - is used in the calculation.
